Mr. McCarthy has 40+ years of experience in various management, leadership and consulting positions from family businesses to multi-billion dollar organizations, for-profit, government, and not-for-profit. Assessing performance capability to determine improvement plans, then putting those plans into action to achieve the improvements, has been a particular focus.
